The Orthopedic And Spine Inpatient Surgical Hospital “OASIS” is a modern, 64-bed orthopedic hospital with 10 state-of-the-art operating rooms, located minutes away from Downtown Phoenix and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. SPHERE astructured an absolute triple net 15-year sale & lease back with the former ownership structure comprised of USPI, Dignity Health and over 40 orthopedic surgeons. The OASIS hospital was sold in December 2023 to Remedy.
