Our History

Founded in 2004
Founded by Didier Choukroun as Flagler Investments, the Company specializes in the acquisition of underperforming office buildings and data centers throughout the Southeastern US.
Flagler Healthcare Investments
Flagler shifted its focus to healthcare, aiming to transform care infrastructure and outcomes by creating an evidence-based investment management firm that redefined real estate asset management.
Prime Healthcare Analytics
Flagler acquired Prime Healthcare Analytics from Konika Minolta. Prime is a cloud-based healthcare market intelligence application comprised of clinical, socio-economic, psychographic and medical real estate data.
Fosun JV
Flagler and Fosun formed Flagler Investments Holdings a platform joint venture dedicated to invest in healthcare assets in the US on behalf of Fosun's insurance companies.
Leste JV
Flagler and Leste, a global alternative investment platform, formed the first of three healthcare funds for investments in the US healthcare sector.
Nuveen JV
Flagler and Nuveen, a TIAA company, formed Flagler TREA Venture to acquire medical office buildings in the US.
AUM Reached $1B
With assets in 15 States. Flagler reached reached $1B in AUM.
SPHERE Investments
Flagler repositioned as SPHERE Investments, and expands in Europe with offices in Paris and Madrid.
Europe
SPHERE expanded its international presence by opening offices in Milan, Italy.
