Founded in 2004

Founded by Didier Choukroun as Flagler Investments, the Company specializes in the acquisition of underperforming office buildings and data centers throughout the Southeastern US.

Flagler Healthcare Investments

Flagler shifts its focus to healthcare with the aim to transform the future of healthcare infrastructure by developing and investing in innovative healthcare properties made to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Prime Healthcare Analytics

Flagler acquires Prime Healthcare Analytics from Konika Minolta. Prime is a cloud-based healthcare market intelligence application comprised of algorithms, terabytes of claims, clinical, socio-economic, psychographic and medical real estate data.

Fosun JV

Flagler and Fosun form Flagler Investments Holdings a platform joint venture dedicated to invest in healthcare assets in the US on behalf of Fosun's insurance companies.

Leste JV

Flagler and Leste, a global alternative investment platform, form the first of three healthcare funds for investments in the US healthcare sector.

Nuveen JV

Flagler and Nuveen, the investment manager of TIAA, a large institutional investor, insurance company, and retirement provider, form Flagler TREA Venture to acquire medical office buildings in the US.

AUM Reached $1B

Flagler’s AUM reach $1B with assets in 15 States.

SPHERE Investments

Flagler repositioned as SPHERE (Strategic Public Health Equities and Real Estate) Investments, and expands in Europe with offices in Paris and Madrid.
